It’s easy to help and extremely rewarding, too! All you need is knowledge of 2 of these 3 languages: English, German, Ukrainian, a laptop or a smartphone, and at least 2 hours per week to invest. That’s it! You will be given training on how to use the chat software and will be familiarized with our knowledge base and network of experts. As soon as you are set up, you can start answering chats from anywhere. If you get stuck, we are always here to help.
